Let me start this review by saying that their customer service was amazing. I was very pleased. Also they were very quick I barely waited. I went through the drive thru. I was approached by a couple of people who worked there to make sure I was being helped. That is good customer service to me. The reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was there food. It was good. I ate it. I just don’t think I will be back. The green beans weren’t warm and they seemed like canned green beans. The mac and cheese was not warm and it was bland. The chicken was HOT which made me happy. Keep up the good work on your customer service it goes a long way.

Would give a negative star if I could. Went to have order replaced from previous night that was given to me half warm! The gm was very argumentative as I told him about my experience and why I had driven back a day later to replace an order I was told by his manager would be replaced! The gm even went as far as say he was with him when I previously called. I told him then you should know he told me the order would be replaced. Iam not a child and don’t play games when it comes to my families food I paid money for! Advice to gm learn customer service! We make your business lasts! If provide good service the first time you wouldn’t have complaints! Be nice and everything else will fall into place!

Have done takeout for chicken tenders only… yet try the chicken. Love love their chicken tenders. Especially on a Tuesday…16 piece for only 9.99 includes a big side item of gravy and four soft delicious rolls. Now that’s a steal. Love how they have three lanes and as soon as you drive up someone is already taking your order. Extremely fast service. Definitely recommend you try the chicken tenders they aren’t overly breaded and the pieces are a very good size.

There’s nothing special about the chicken here. Don’t know what all the fuss is about and especially don’t know why the price for this ordinary tasting chicken is way over priced. I’ll never waste hard earned $$$ here again. It got one star cause I was forced to put it.

My sister has raved about Bush’s for so long that it was time to try some. I had the chicken tender combo. Husband had the three-piece mixed. Both were delicious. If I have a complaint, it would be that its a little salty. But really not bad. The fries were crinkly and crisp, just right. The service was exemplary. Everyone has the customer in mind. The counter tops were spotless. Very clean and orderly. This is a top notch place.

There chicken is good but I’m a huge fan of there chicken strips. Comes with white gravy. The gravy has a good flavor and is thick not runny as it should be. There rolls are fluffy and buttery. Mac and cheese is okay. I prefer to get fries and fried okra. The tea is too sweet for me but very good. Tip: order your tea half sweet and half unsweetened. This makes the tea perfect and not so sweet. They’ll also do there gallon of tea half and half per request.

Bush’s chicken serves up the BEST fried chicken. I happen to be a fan of the tenders, as they’re easier to eat, but that’s merely a matter of preference. No matter what you order, expect some of the best fried chicken in the city. No, this is not a place with aesthetic appeal, but what it lacks in atmosphere, it makes up for in great food. The rolls are to die for, and if you make a sandwich, it’s heavenly! I’ve been here multiple times, and about the only thing I am not crazy about is their corn on the cob. It was pretty bland, but other than that, I’ve never had a bad meal here. Cheap + delicious = Bush’s Chicken.

Great service. Bland chicken and fries. Tea was marginal. Off the list.

I really just thought the chicken breast yielded small amounts of dry, tasteless meat. Which is weird because the thing was pretty big in size, lots of pretty yummy crunchy skin but a lot of weird pieces also. The chicken strips were good, but the gravy tasted like it had chicken stock in it. The mashed potatoes tasted like instant(pet peeve!) and the macaroni was also watery and lacked a nice cheese flavor. I know it’s just Bush’s but after all of the magnificent things I’ve heard about this place, it turned out to be just pretty mediocre. Positive: the staff. Everyone is very cheery and friendly. You can tell they are all trained to simultaneously greet as well as bid farewell to all patrons entering and exiting the place. At Bush’s it almost borders annoying because you are asked, all within a 30-minute time frame, by at least 4 different employees«how is everything?» I did not utilize the drive-through service, but I did notice that someone actually comes out to your car to take your order! That’s something you don’t see often. We’ll be back, it most definitely beats Church’s or KFC. Do pick up a gallon of sweet tea, if you’re a sweet tea drinker, for only $ 2 throughout the summer. As my friend(a self-appointed sweet tea connoisseur) always says, «Bush’s sweet tea is the best sweet tea! «I do have to warn you though, as another reviewer pointed out, it is extremely sweet! I have to water mine down with a tall glass of ice.

Way better than KFC! I’ve heard great things about Bush’s Chicken from friends and have wanted to try it out for such a long time. I’m not a huge fan of fried chicken, it’s probably because of eating KFC all the time growing up. But, after hearing such good things I decided to check it out. I love their drive-thru. I think it’s awesome that you park up, check out the menu and have someone come to your car the entire process. It makes it a lot faster for us customers and also for the employees. One thing that was a bit awkward was that when we parked up we were about three cars behind the first car in our lane and from our car, we couldn’t view the menu(there’s a LARGE menu on the side of the building), the guy came up to our window asking what we would like to order — we explained it was our first time and we wanted to view the menu. He was totally patient which was nice. It’d be awesome if they had handheld brochures with the menu in case people are so far back in the line — that way they can expedite their order. Or hint, look up the menu on the website before you go and decide what you want! The guy was so helpful. We told him everything we wanted and then afterwards he told us a special they were running to help us get everything cheaper. We waited about 5 minutes maximum and our food came out. The chicken is delicious. The breading is great, but more importantly, the chicken was really juicy and tasty! We also got fried okra, mac & cheese, and corn on the cob. All of which were delicious. The bread was amazing. The only thing I’d have to gripe about was the sweet tea. I LOVESWEETTEA, I get it wherever it’s available. This is was just WAY too sweet. Like, really. never again. Overall, we will come back and I would recommend. Great service and great food!

Good food — the chicken has a nice flavor and portions are generous. Sides are good — try the mac and cheese. The rolls are better than usual, and have a good yeast flavor. Here’s the neat thing — instead of a drive through, they have servers come out to your car. They take your order, fill it, and do so quickly. Did I mention fast and friendly? For a fast food meal, this place works!
