I loved it here until all the PA Karen Adams recommended was procedures. She always has 5 other students with her in the room which can be annoying and uncomfortable. I recommended many people to this office and I’m glad to say that I’m not the only one who thinks this. The Dermatologist should’ve stayed by herself, her P. A’s ruined her business reputation.

Ridiculous. Don’t go to this physician. They don’t keep appointments. They ask to change appointments and then want to reschedule for months later. «Sorry. That’s all we have.». What a waste of time. Too many other really good doctors to choose from in the city.

This location alone is worth the trip. It feels like you’re sitting in someone’s living room while getting seen. I always get inspiration for my craftsman home while I’m there. It’s just a few blocks away — I can’t complain. They’ve always been able to get me in fairly quickly. They take BCBS. I’ve gone to other dermatologists with no luck for my complexion, but this one is finally doing the trick — without pills! The products can be expensive but they’re worth it. They also suggest OTC products for some things, and will work with products you already know do well with your skin. They also convinced me to wear a good sunscreen on my face every day. I’d really like to have nice skin later in life — no raisin skin for me. they use a machine to determine current sun damage and it’s a big reality check. I’ve also had them remove a mole, so far it seems to be healing well. I don’t get moles removed every day so I can’t quite compare it to any other experiences. Okay, I’ve divulged enough into my skin health.

I went here for a consultation and I was pretty unhappy. Nobody was really all that nice. You know how sometimes in these places everyone is kind of snobby and thinks they are better than you? That’s how I felt when I went to the Hardy Oaks location. It also cost $ 50 for a five minute consultation that felt very rushed and Susan(the lady who consulted me), didn’t show the comfort that I would expect when someone is feeling nervous about having work done to their face.

Since to you i am aynonomous,…I’ll admit to Botox and fillers which, if others knew, would maim my very I-don’t-care-about-how-I-look pose. Thankfully, I live in a community of women who believe in beauty, no matter the cost, and they swear by Bucay. I began going to her office a year ago and, yes, her work helps and is invisible. I often hear remarks like … Oh, that’s a «Great color on you» after some work or when it’s time for a visit, «are you feeling okay?». Bucay is masterful at maintaining my secret narcisism. k Waits can be extensive, hey, you’re not there for a critical illness, and the upside of a wait is access to artistry and a full explanation. I have had my appointment with her last an entire. hour to determine where my $ 200 budget would make the greatest impact. She is amazing!

Saw Dr. Bucay for the first time today. Office staff was warm & informative. I felt Dr. Bucay listened to my needs and addressed them appropriately. Started with the basics and nothing extreme. Absolutely loved her personality and style.
