I’ve been here 3x already. 1. Their shop is too clean [REDFLAG] 2. Their«hourly» rate is b. s, there’s no way they charge $ 90.00/hour. I need to get my oil pump changed, they want to charge me $ 1,295~1,300?! I HAVETOBUYTHEPARTSTOO. 3. The gent I spoke with, «Justin», I watched him type in, no not run an estimator, he didn’t use snap-on estimator, he TYPED in random numbers he THOUGHT were ‘okay/correct’ to charge me for the oil pump. 4. I went to another shop called ‘Jackie’s Auto Clinic’ — He used an actual estimator — He thinks it’s not even the oil pump ATALL. — Says BRINGYOUROWNPARTS is a commission only shop. 5. IFYOUWANTYOURBANKACCOUNTDRAINEDANDLIKEBEINGLIEDTO. GOHERE! I will never go to this shop again. Terrible service, I was manipulated, lied to & I wasted over 1.2k at this poorly ran shop. On top of all of that, the owner doesn’t work there to supervise his guys.

So I had these morons do some work for me since I didn’t want to tackle the timing belt, and agreed for some other work to be done. Oh what a mistake. Part of the extra work was the front bushings. Well, in putting my tires back on, they over-tightened and stripped 3 lug nuts. These were on with well over 200 ft-lbs, 100 is the spec. I had to get a six foot cheater to break them loose. 2 of the 4 tasks they did have failed, I sure hope they did the timing belt right.

I normally don’t give reviews to businesses but in this case I have to warn the public. I got my truck inspected because it was an older model Ford. They checked the oil, the hubs and transmission. They checked everything just to see what I needed to fix in the future. When I left the shop I noticed a sound coming from the back of my truck, I was curious but didn’t check under my truck until a week later when I noticed that my rear hub filler plug was missing. It was a Saturday and called Bring your parts about the issue. I did some work to the truck prior and had it on a lift and replaced my struts. I even had a mechanic look under the truck with me to inspect and everything was fine. Bring your own parts, service advisor told me to bring it in and I tried without thinking and the differential locked up on me off 281 and 1604. I was stranded and called the service advisor and they wanted to charge me 100 bucks for the tow. I have a friend who is a mechanic and told me he would help me fix it, and suggested that they did it on purpose to gain more business. I didn’t give them that opportunity so I didn’t go back. I argued with the advisor that I would have excepted his offer to look at it if they were going to fix it for free but they were arguing the fact that basically it wasn’t their fault. I want to warn everyone please beware of these types of businesses. If you have a friend that can do the job, go for it, or if your willing to pay extra go to the dealership, at least they can guarantee their work.

Beware, do not go here ever! They«salted» my truck. They squirted used oil on 2 places of my engine to make it look like I had 2 big oil leaks… then told me I had to have gaskets replaced. It was on a lift to get a wheel bearing checked. then they came in the office and told me they wanted to show me something and took me out and under my truck and pointed out a big oil leak under the engine and another one coming from an engine valve cover. I am fastidious about my truck and clean the engine regularly. I also park it on cardboard so if I have any type of drive line leak I’ll know it right away. I could not get out of there fast enough! BEWARE!!!

I went in to get my brake pads replaced. They did a good job and let me pick up my car even though i got there 15 minutes after closing.
