WORST Brazilian wax ever! Booked on-​line couldn’t find the shop. .I called her. she was rude. .she said if I could not be in her salon by my appointment time I would owe her for the service anyway. I should have not shown. I was in. the parking lot and had been there for a while so I was foolish enough to go anyway. she was busy watching TV. .checking her text and appointment schedule WHILE DOING THE WAX. …she got wax in places wax does NOT belong!!! I didn’t realize it til I got home. too numb before. my parts… are not all out there. I am all tucked away. .for lack of a better description. So wax shouldn’t have gotten into that area. In the end I had to go to heb get Sally Hansen wax strips for the wax removing liquid it has. My husband had to use a Q tip with the wax remover to remove the wax. It was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing. I wouldn’t send Hitler to this lady.. no one deserves that.

Tried to schedule an appointment unsuccessfully. This person really needs to improve her costumer service skills. Disappointing

Have been coming to Diane off and on now for about 3 years — followed her from her previous place of business… she IS THAT GOOD! She performs all kinds of waxing services, uses the best products and is very knowledgeable in her trade. I couldn’t go anywhere else without hesitation. People can get seriously hurt in the wrong hands and there is no worries about that with Diane. I totally recommend her!
