The staff is very friendly and walked me through the entire process. being a first time doner, i was really nervous. Thankfully they had wifi so I could watch animé.

I have been coming to this location for a couple of years now. Since my first visit I’ve noticed the staff to be very professional and friendly. They make your visit very comfortable. They are all informative and will answer any questions you have. And as a regular donor, the staff gets to know you better. They have become even friendlier, but still maintain their professionalism. Some staff stand out more than others, but in my opinion, they are all assets to Biomat. If anyone has an interest in donating, this is a good location to visit.

So I did walk out the first time I went and I came back… now I don’t have such a sour taste in my mouth. Either they got things together or hired more people.
Sharon, Shannon, and Bella are awesome ladies and always makes donating a good time here.
