Food is average for the price, service needs to improve.

Good for your money. We ordered the beef brisket with, beans, potatoes, potato salad and green beans, fried chicken with French fries.(This was for a family of five, lest you think I’m a total pig) the beef brisket was okay, a little tough and the BBQ sauce needed spice. All the side items were great! The fried chicken needed salt, it seemed like they forgot to season it. It had good crunch though. I’m not disappointed with this restaurant, or maybe I was just starving!

This place is TERRIBLE. How can anyone come here and think they’re getting«great BBQ?» If you want REALBBQ then go to Rudy’s or something on the same wavelength as that. Other than that you’re just wasting money on a «chain» type restaurant with too much sodium and poor quality meats.

Why Why Why is this restaurant everywhere in town? I had the chicken sandwich today and goodness it was disgusting! The first couple of bites were okay, and then I realized it was because they were all sauce. As soon as I bit into a piece of chicken, I was ready to throw away the entire sandwich. When the sauce doesn’t mask the taste of the meat and the bread you completely lose your appetite. The chicken was dry and you could still be the dark strips of blood and fat. I ended up taking out most of the chicken and just eating the few pieces of bread that had sauce on it. I prefer Rudy’s and Dickey’s for San Antonio bbq, I think the only reason this place is popular is because of the diabetes in a cup– sweet tea. I would suggest packing a turkey sandwich lunch instead of spending money here.

I am surprised there in only one review and with one star. We come here quite often. We get the poor boy and fries, the chopped or the rancher plate. The brisket is 9 out of 10 times delicious. And when its not, I just tell the manager and he replaces it. So they take care of you, you just have to let then know. I wish we had a Bill Millers in TN. Fast delicious food, easy.

I like Bill Miller’s okay. This location isn’t the best in town though. For some reason I have had many problems here and this location does not serve breakfast which is a major fail. So I don’t like Bill Miller’s for their BBQ — I find their meat to be really fatty, and I hate that. I do however enjoy their salads and sweet tea. This place is just medicore, nothing special. And this location definitely isn’t trying to raise above mediocrity. Meh.
