Possibly the worse food I’ve ever ate. I enjoyed the fries, and the inside of their pecan pie and that was it. Service was ok. The girl at the counter was friendly when she took our order, but this was the worst $ 30 I think I’ve spent in a long time.
We each got a combo plate… mine with brisket, green beans, fried, and potato salad. Why oh why does even my potato salad and green beans need sauce? Everything was covered in a nasty, watery, red sauce. His with brisket, sausage, potato salad, slaw, and pintos. Again with the red sauce. We both got sweet tea to drink and we tried the pecan pie and peach cobbler.
To sum it up, my husband barely touched his plate. This speaks volumes, because he is an eater like I am. We rarely leave a plate untouched, even if the food is barely passable.
Perhaps this is Texas BBQ. But I don’t think so as we’ve had other brisket in the area.

Quite honestly I’d say this place has stepped up. The chicken is always on point. Sweet tea doesn’t taste like metal like other locations. They have a good system going on and get drive thru lines out quick. It’s also my morning taco stop! All around a well kept store.
