I went in to Bertha’s at the last minute for a funeral arrangement after being recommended by the funeral home. The owner, Bertha immediately took care of me and we discussed what I was looking for and how much the arrangements cost. Bertha recommended for a better value to go with designer’s choice and I’m happy to say that the arrangement was quite beautiful. I’ve ordered funeral arrangements from other places and was never happy with the product I received. I’m happy to say that Bertha’s did a fantastic job and considering it was last minute, she exceeded my expectations. I will continue to use Bertha’s as the one on one service I received from her was far better than the service I have received from other floral shops.

I’ve been trying to get a receipt for my transaction for weeks and the customer service is terrible. They keep telling me they’ve sent it but I have received nothing. I’ve sent them several emails and have not heard back. I’ve spoken to the same woman at the shop at least 6 times and she keeps telling me she cannot help. WELLTHENFINDSOMEONEWHOCAN?! This is a transaction I need to expense but will end up paying out of pocket if I do not get it. Very frustrating experience.
