they were great with response time and had my last minute wedding tent set up and ready to rock! The tent was perfect size and the barrel covers were a nice touch. We were also able to roll up the sides when the rain stopped. Worth the money for last minute weather related parties!

Aztec Events and Tents is a reliable, professionally run company that never fails. They bend over backwards to meet client needs, delivery is dependable and billing is clear and concise. I used Aztec for my chivari chairs at my reception and my white folding chairs at my ceremony. The entire day was a blur from the excitement, but they were on time and I didn’t worry about a thing. The only reason I used them was because they were the mandatory vendor at the botanical gardens… well they were a little pricey, but over all competitive and I got beautiful chairs when and where I needed them.

I have an event rental space and used Aztec for tables, chairs and linens for a wedding on our property. We prepaid and were given a time for delivery. Aztec never showed up and almost ruined the wedding. They close early on Saturday and no one will answer your calls. On Monday we were promised a refund and a $ 500 credit. It is a month later and still no refund. They never return calls. If you have an important event, I would not trust Aztec.

The best part of my job is I get to throw lots of parties. The trickiest part of some of the parties can be finding a good place to rent hardscapes like tables and chairs, and the beauty of Aztec is they make it easy as pie to get what you need. But it doesn’t just stop at tables and chairs. They have a room full of fabric. They have a huge selection of dishes, silverware and tablesettings. And they have some great accessories to help stage out any event. Aside from the selection, I think the helpful staff really makes Aztec stand out. There are times when I’ve contacted them with only a few weeks notice and they still have been able to make my wildest event planning dreams come true. They deliver, they pick up(just note that if your event is on a weekend you may get an additional charge for Sundays). And just all around make things easier! You don’t have to be planning an event for hundreds of people to use them. Anyone can order supplies from Aztec. I highly recommend you think of them next time you’re planning something because they are sure to make it special for you!
