This place sucks didn’t have shoe sizes. The staff was to lazy to put the bumber up for my 3 year old. We payed for 2 lanes an said both of the bumbers were broken staff is very rude.

This place was decent. Didn’t have anyone’s shoe size even though there weren’t many people in there! Oh and if a player needs bumpers, they manually have to come lift them and they have to stay up for every player. I won’t be coming back here again.

Don’t make me laugh this place is not great. We the league bowlers can say that for a fact. We used to bowl twice a week till the sorry and crappy new owners came in and took over. The parking lot is horrible the food is way too expensive and so are the sodas. This used to be a really fun place to come bowl now it is nothing more than a sorry excuse for a bowling alley. They have taken away the league bowlers 2 hours of free practice and give us 2 games which does not help me in the least. We went in and did some practice about a week ago tuesday we were not even through the first game and the piece of junk quit. Another thing wrong with this place is the fact that now they say if your bowling ball is damaged by their machine they are no longer responsible. I have a brand new bowling ball that I bought myself and drilled. I’m telling you now that if anything happens to that ball because of their stupidity and machines you can bet they will be held responsible and they will replace that ball free of charge and have it drilled right then or they will have a law suit on their hands. The best thing for this bowling alley is to shut their doors for good

This place is great it is under new owners and they are remodeling and it is looking great. They have extreme bowling and they play pretty good music. Now that the lights are down and the paying customer can enjoy all of it music, lights and bowling I give it a big plus.

Meh. This place is alright. There are plenty of lanes, and even on a Friday night, the place isn’t completely booked up. It is a bit run down though, with threadbare carpets, run down and grafittied exterior, and a trashed out parking lot. They offer huge 100 oz beers, which is always a plus when bowling. The arcade had plenty of things to entertain you, from pool tables(with a great new felt on there) to video games to air hockey. Swank! The music wasn’t blaring like some of the other Unilocalers have claimed. If it’s too loud, you’re too old. I’d probably return when I get the chance, and am in the need to throw a few strikes on the Southside.

I wish I could give a review without even giving a star… Saturday nights they have unlimited bowling for $ 15, shoes included, from 10pm — 1am. Sounds like a great deal right? Well, in order to maximize profit, they don’t make use of all the lanes here. Twice we’ve come(one time we wrote our names down by 9) and both times there have been LONG waits. It would be understandable with the huge crowd that comes here, except that as you’re waiting, you also notice how many lanes are not being used. Now it seems like a sneaky thing to do, but there’s no explanation(and the employees couldn’t offer a good one) other than they want to make sure as little people as possible take advantage of the promotion. You would think that if I’m spending $ 50+ on beer and snacks… oh wait, could that be the reason for not opening all the lanes?! They want to make sure you spend your money on food and drinks while you wait to be assigned a lane; brilliant! Not only that, but the order in which they call names is not by going down the list of names on the list. We had checked one time and saw we were #4, then about 6 people got called before us and once again the employee could not explain why that was. They have their own way of calling out names, and going by the list is not it. When we finally got called, I gave them my shoe size. I was told they were all out of that size. So I said, fine, then I will just wear my Converse. The employee said he would check with his manager, and whaddaya know — he turned around and set right in front of me were bowling shoes in my size! I don’t even know what the point to telling me they didn’t have my size was, when apparently, they did… We finally started bowling and our lane got stuck no less than 6 times. We kept having to get them to fix it, wasted time on waiting for the lane to be fixed and then it would happen all over again. We were able to play one full game and started a second one when the lane got stuck again. We finally asked to be moved to another lane(which they still had several of open even though by this time there plenty more people). We got to play 2 full games, when the lane got stuck — and this time we were told there’d be an even longer wait for it to be fixed! We finally were so fed up we asked for our money back. Luckily, they saw our frustration and gave us our money without giving us a hassle. I should also mention that they like to have the music station 98.5 on full blast. I may sound old, but this was ridiculously loud; and to top it off, their speakers are blown, so it’s not just super loud, the vibration also hurts your ears. I don’t know how anyone can run a business this way and still have a crowd weekend after weekend. We will never come here again. You should not come here either. Don’t waste your time or money. There are plenty of better bowling alleys in town.
