I got a full set of lashes on Monday. My appointment took longer than estimated which was fine. For someone who doesn’t wear false lashes everyday, this was definitely a change for me. I’ve strictly followed the aftercare and many of my lashes have fallen out, mainly when I use the brush that was recommended I purchase after my appointment. I will say though that I’m still very happy with how they look now even though it seems half of the lashes have fallen out. My eyes look much more natural and I’ve received a lot of compliments. I’ll definitely be back for my refill in a couple weeks. Thank you!

My first time doing eyelash extension and I absolutely love it. I was afraid of doing this extension and worrying about my original eyelash since it’s pretty thin and short. However, Ashley did a great job and she was very nice. She knows what she’s doing and you won’t disappointed. Would recommend her.

They do an amazing job but the girls in the front are the reason for the two stars. The girls in the back are awesome but the girls in the front aren’t well informed. PLEASE LET THEM KNOW IF YOU WANT A REMOVAL THE MONTHLY FEE COVERS IT! I have been having problems trying to cancel my membership and i got charged this month twice and I still haven’t been able to get in contact with the manager. I’ve called twice already on different days and the same girl wrote down my name and number twice as if she lost it or didn’t give it to the manager. I’m so disappointed and frustrated that I have not yet gotten a call back from a manager.

Not really happy. Membership is 79.00 per month and 49.99 for once a month fills. I’ve tried them twice, but will not being going back. After about 10 days, half of them had fallen out. They do offer touch ups and suggest you go in every week or two. But, that is not included in the membership. I’ve had lashes put on before; I paid a little more but they stayed on for about 5 – 6 weeks before I needed fills. These are okay if they are a onetime thing, like for a special occasion.

I have finally found a lash application that doesn’t burn, irritate, and last for 4 – 5 weeks. I have had my lashes done at 4 – 5 different places, but this place is the best! Erika is my lash stylist and she does an amazing job. She is gentle, patient, professional, and knowledgable in her field. I have been a member since June 2015! The biggest bonus … I get to wake up with beautiful natural looking lashes everyday! It makes my makeup application so much faster!

I can’t say how much I absolutely LOVE Amazing Lash Studio!!! I can’t believe I waited so long to get my lashes done! They are perfect every time I walk out and stay so pretty and full until my next visit! I will keep going here for a very long time!!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my lashes! This place continues to impress me with the friendly and professional staff! My lash stylist, Erica, does an incredible job and I am forever getting compliments on my lashes. They are very busy, so call a few weeks in advance if you need an appointment for a special occasion! It is worth the wait!

Lashes make you feel and look wonderful! Thankfully this establishment has CARISSA because she makes this place «as good as it gets»! I have been going to CARISSA at Amazing Lash over a year and I have to say I am SO SO happy that I found her!

I noticed the Studio when I go to Zoe’s or Trader Joes. I researched the studio and read the wonderful reviews on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. I’ve been trying to get in. This location never answers the phone. I left a voice message over a week ago and still no response for an appointment. I also submitted an appointment request online and I’ve heard nothing. I called again today and still no answer. Why leave another voice message that will not be returned?

Just got a full set of lashes from Jennie today– and they look great! The process was relaxing and took about 90 minutes. The salon is clean, bright, and the staff is very helpful in selecting the right style of lashes for your face.

I absolutely LOVE my lashes! I have had mine for 2 months now, and it has made getting ready so easy! Most days I don’t put any eye makeup on at all because I wake up and my eyes already look great thanks to my lashes!
My experience at Amazing Lash was excellent! I was nervous about getting them done and didn’t know which style or length of lashes to pick. But everyone that works there is so helpful! Jordan explained everything to me and helped me pick the right lashes for me. Jennie does my lashes and she does a great job! The first time getting them put on takes awhile, but Jennie made me so comfortable explaining everything she was doing and even gave me a blanket. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep!

After having a very disappointing experience at a wanna-​be spa in the area with eyelash extensions I was nervous about trying it again. But I’m so happy with the results that I got. My lashes are even and full and have stayed on well. The ladies here are very nice and patient (no rush job) and very knowledgeable and experienced at their craft. I have received so many compliments on my lashes and plan to continue having them done. I love them!

I’ve been going for 3 months and love it! I had very sparse lashes that were damaged by strip lashes and an eyelash curler. Now my lashes have actually grown in because I don’t have to us those things anymore! Also, Colleen is wonderful!

I have been going to this location for 3 months now, I always get consistent and wonderful service from ERICA. She is very personable, her attitude is great and her lash work is perfect. I would recommend (and I do) to anyone wanting to get their lashes done. 5 stars for sure.

Because they are always booked they seem to have the attitude that they don’t really need your business. They do not go out of there way to try to accommodate you if they cancel on you same day after waiting 2 weeks to get in. They cancel, and I still got text messages confirming my appointment for that day. When i called to see if there had been a change she acted as if i didn’t know what I was talking about. I guess you get what you pay for. They can’t even spell my name correctly. Sonterra location. Lincoln Heights seems to have there act together.

I was new to lash extensions but was provided very informative & excellent service. Jenni did my set of gorgeous in medium and I absolutely love them. Process was a little long but very relaxing environment… i almost fell asleep.
