We just replaced the whole shebang (inside and outside units and furnaces). Lonnie and his crew were total professionals and got the job done for $ 7,000 less than what other folks quoted. We were totally impressed with the level of service we got and feel so fortunate we found them after having 3 other companies out for quotes and speaking to several others on the phone.

The new manager called and apologized for what had happened prior and offered me a 100% refund no questions asked. True to his word, he sent the check within the week for the full amount.

Gerald, the service manager, was extremely helpful. My new unit was installed the day (a Saturday) after he came out to see what the problem was with my old unit. He has since then been very responsive to my inquiries. I called All Star as I had been happy with previous work they did at my other house.
