Worst business model ever. Do you guys even consider your customers? Only open from 9 to 5 and only on weekdays. So any working class person can only rush over on their lunch break. I tried calling before hand to make sure you were open or to try enquiring if you carry what I needed and it just rang and rang. When I got there, no one was at the counter, I could hear you in the back on the phone(so I guess you don’t have call waiting in 2016), and just stood there for about five minutes. Some one from ticket sales went to tell you I was up front, and never came back. So I just left. I’ll use the internet or ANY other business actually geared toward a customer, not their own little world. I wish there was a zero stars option. and when you guys go out of business I’ll try and at least act surprised.
