Dr. Edwards is my doctor and I really appreciate him and his staff. I’ve been going to them for about 8 years. I spent 3 years searching for a problem with acid reflux and Dr. Edwards was the first doctor to set me on the path to discovering what was wrong. Also, the staff, particularly the office manager, Ms. Ramirez, helped me once when I had a problem with my insurance. My insurance refused to pay the exam fee after I paid the office visit, so she worked out a self-​pay discount for me for the exam fee when I unexpectedly had to pay for the exam fee. I would recommend Alamo ENT.
