If you give them a review on Unilocal,they give you $ 10 off of your bond amount. So that’s a good thing. My mother was actually the one to contact them and they offered her a payment plan, that was very helpful to me. I had to call and make arrangements when I knew that I would not be able to pay on time and spoke with Joann. I felt that she treated me with compassion and fairness. However, I can’t say the same about their other staff members. A couple of times when I went in to make a payment, I feel that I was treated badly. Which of course, I didn’t appreciate because I think customer service should always at it’s very best.
