They have done a good job of rebuilding my Neon Transmission, that would not shift into reverse. They finished the job quickly and I don’t see a problem yet

Thanks to Unilocal again I found a place that does really good work. Took my daughters truck in to get the transmission looked at and to find out her truck needed a transmission overhaul. Sonny and his team were fair with their pricing and the truck was do on time.

I had a major transmission problem and A+ did a top notch job. They also worked with me to get the price down as low as possible and provided a rental car so I could still get around while my car was out of commission. The folks there are very friendly and explained every step of the process. I felt they cared as much for my car as i did. I would recommend A+ for all your transmission problems.

Okay, I know, I know! I said my review was premature — GAH!
We picked up the car today, and not only was everyone so friendly, but they seemed less stressed. I think the beginning of the week must be pickup days?
At any rate, the owner, Glen, was on hand to explain everything… and you should have SEEN my transmission in tiny pieces! I feel like I escaped the Challenger Explosion! (no disrespect).
They charged us the exact amount quoted — no tax or service fees, etc. And my car drives like a dream! I will actually recommend them now, but I will put in a few caveats. Like, start out armed with information and other quotes — truth is, there is so much more value in a job well done than in someone telling you it’s cheaper over the phone.
My bad.
TIP: They do a 22 point inspection and lift the car for free, as a start to your diagnosis. Do this for sure.
