I will never EVER take any laptop, computer anything there. Being new to the city I asked a friend what they recommend. 1. They took almost a month to get it back to me and I was the one having to call to see check on the status. (They said it would take 3 days which is why I agreed to leave it) 2. my cursor Jumps all over the place. It has taken me forever just to write this review because of how bad my computer is now. They offer a 30 day warranty but I could not afford to have my computer away for another month. Go somewhere else. I will never recommend them to anyone not even an enemy. why give them any business.
