I love Tao! I have been seeing Lumiel for a few years and she has helped me so much. She is caring, capable, insightful and always seems to know what’s up with my body before I do. Acupuncture has helped with my digestive issues immensely and I love going for a tune up, before I travel, or if I have a cold or feel run-​down. I always get something out of it, plus it’s incredibly relaxing and nice to just have a quiet moment to rest now and then. Tao is affordable for anyone with their sliding scale and they also offer lots of supplements, vitamins and herbs to complement the treatments. I highly recommend Tao for anyone considering the benefits of acupuncture!

Simply amazing. Both Kim and Lumiel are amazing acupuncturists. They ask questions, and the treatment is so relaxing. I’m being helped for stress, anxiety, and adrenal health… They also are helping me get through perimenopause.

Tao is fabulous! I have had acupuncture treatments at other clinics, but this one is much better. The atmosphere at Tao is friendly and caring — I don’t feel rushed there and it definitely factors into the overall experience. I think the long treatment was noticeably more effective than the other acupuncture sessions I have enjoyed. Also, seemingly incongruently, the prices are lower than the other places I’ve been. Kimberly is a gem — definitely expert at what she is doing, and just a pleasure to be around. Her aim to make healing accessible to the world is obvious in so many ways, including almost no markup on her herbs and other products. Even though this clinic is not the closest one to my home, I will definitely return for more treatments. I highly recommend Tao! For your reference, I seek acupuncture treatment for painful bunions, arthritis, and shoulder pain (rotator cuff injury).

I saw Kimberly for a chronic pain in my shoulder. After massage, ibuprofen and just plain grinning and bearing it, I thought I would try acupuncture!
I never had acupuncture before, and didn’t know what to expect. Kimberly was patient and gentle. After the treatment, I immediately noticed the pain had subsided and I also experienced a really pleasant side effect of euphoria. I happened to see my regular doctor shortly after and she suggested that the pain was due to overuse (carrying heavy bags and such on that side) and that I should seek treatment through massage and acupuncture. She was right! I had a few subsequent treatments and am happy to say am pain free.
