Terrible customer service! I shipped a package to Los Angeles from here, and the man packed it for me. Everything showed up broken, and FedEx wouldn’t reimburse me because it was packed incorrectly. When I went to talk to the guy here, he said I told him to pack it that way. Really? What a scam. Stay away!

This guy/owner is shady. I bought two items from his store, came back two days later(never used or opened) because I found out that this was the wrong item to buy for my specific need. With my receipt, two unopened items he refused to return my money. He could care less that I was a customer. He was going to keep his money no matter what! I hope it was worth losing a customer for life over a whopping $ 30.00 not to mention I will deter anyone in my neighborhood(i live right near his shop) from ever shopping there. He is a scammer. Look out! ZEROPOINTS! Look out!

o stars. The owner is a slimeball. He charged me $ 4 for a box that probably costs 10 cents. I told him I didn’t want it when I found out the price, and he said I had to pay for it because he put some tape on it. According to him the return policy is ‘there is no returns”. Buyer beware! He wanted to charge $ 20 to send a small box domestic. I went to the post office and sent it for $ 5 with a free box. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

They up-charge their UPS rates. Deal directly with UPS and avoid this scam. They charged me 22.54 for 7 day ground shipping, the last time I shipped the same size/value item to the same address through the UPS store it was $ 14.40 so I looked online and sure enough, four day shipping should be that price. So I’m paying more and they will get it there three days later. And it was $ 2.69 for the box which is expected but it was another $ 4.96 for them to put it in the box.

Had to write again. I just called the guy to get the tracking numbers associated with the rip-off job he did. He put me on hold for 10 minutes. No exaggeration. I actually put the phone on speaker just to see how long it would go on… but after 10 minutes I finally hung up.

I shipped a crate that I was going to pick up at the dock in Maui. I was never asked to fill out any shipping documents, I was simply asked, over the phone, for the zip code that the crate was to be delivered to. The crate ended up on the wrong island because the two digits of the zip code had been transposed, causing me an extra $ 435. The owner of the store refused to take any responsibility and said that ‘I always write things down correctly”. Even though he had known the package was going to Maui, had nothing in writing from me, and had supplied the shipping company with the incorrect zip code, he refused to take any responsibility for the problem, or the extra expense. Be very, very careful!

The guy working there(quite possibly the owner) was very nice but a little strange overall. I walked in, a women walked in behind me. He helped her first, and then apologized for helping her first but explained she has been a long time customer… weird. I wanted to ship a bottle of champagne to a friend that is getting married, I am now embarrassed that the shipping cost as much as the bubbly. Hopefully she will never read this. Ground shipping from Cali to Indy.$ 20.05, OK I can handle that. Packing cost over $ 14 a little steep in my opinion. It was just a weird experience not 2 star but not 3 either.
