I will add that at the last minute, after I emphasized how important it was that I had my car ready for a cross country trip, they were able to locate the correct part locally and they replaced it and I was on my way with no issues and on time.

If I could give this a negative 1 I would. This place is by far the worst place I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here twice. The first time for an oil change which lasted all day fucking long. Next I took it in for a hood problem with my car. The total was $ 400 for rewiring the hood latch. Fine. But why do you have to lose my keys too? So now Im waiting for 5 hours so they can make new keys work for my car. Really? And if that’s not bad enough, not once have they ever called me with an update. I have to continually call them to see what’s going on with my car. This is pathetic customer service.

I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change… It is now over 2 hours an I’m still waiting. The car is finally done but I’ve been waiting 15 minutes for the paperwork to get to the cashier

This place well to say awesome is an understatement. Gary our salesman was very attentive and knowledgeable about the product he was selling. He and the dealership management went out of their way to provide excellent service to my girlfriend and I. The service department is great also. Cali is very professional and understanding and always does her best to make her customers day better. This dealership knows and understands what it means to provide amazing customer service. The only thing i can say is THANKYOU!!! When i decide to trade my truck in for a new one i am certainly going here first!
