I had three bids on replacing a 200 ft water line from my meter to the house in Valley Springs. I chose Pat Murphy and crew, and am very happy I did. He was easy to work with, explained just what was going to happen, and finished when he said he would. He and his crew did a great job, and left the job site looking better than before. I would highly recommend him.

I contacted Pat Murphy Plumbing to fix a clogged toilet in my house. I was not going to be at my house until Friday (today is Wednesday afternoon), so I thought that the advanced notice would be appreciated, since most plumbing calls are probably emergencies. Pat Murphy was very curt, and would not commit to making an appointment or a window of time that he could make it, and ultimately just hung up on me just after the condescending «Have a Nice Day!». Not sure if he understands who his customers are, and th power of the internet… he should NOT be in business!
