Golden Rose Flowers

I received flowers from my husband for my birthday. It was a nice small bouquet and I didn’t think anything of it until I saw the charge of $ 84.74 on our bank account. When I texted him a picture of the flowers he couldn’t believe it. It wasn’t anything like what he had ordered.
On what planet does a handful of Gerber daisies cost $ 85? When looking on their website (and the FTD website) it should have cost $ 35. To top it off, half the flowers died two days later.
I called the store and was told that was what my husband ordered the sunflower melody but they didn’t have any sunflowers. She also stated that Gerber daisies are more expensive than sunflowers. He said he ordered the 14 inch and that she measured it. As you can see from my picture I measured it too. It was just at 12 inches. She reluctantly gave me a 25% discount of $ 17 which is still more than the 12 inch bouquet was priced at $ 49. I will definitely never do business with them again nor will I ever recommend them.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother. They delivered a bouquet I could have picked up at the grocery store. I called 1800flowers and they promised me the flowers I ordered would be redelivered by Mother’s Day. The florist called my mom directly asking for the flowers they delivered back and let her know they could not redeliver until Tuesday. I am so embarrassed

Golden Rose has recently moved to 57 E St. Charles and its new location is both convenient for walkins and centrally located directly across from Kelly’s Drug Store.
