Ordered some supplies for earthquake box mid November. Their website was confusing thereby causing me to order supplies that I did not want. There was no confirm your order page so when you click buy, it means BUY
Finally got a hold of a live person who e-​mailed me saying the items have been removed from my order and I will receive a credit. I contacted the vendor who now says shipments are 3 weeks behind. However, my credit card was charged for the entire amount — including the items I do not want.
Three weeks from order date and I have no supplies nor do I have the credit on my charge card. Customer service here is horrible. Order somewhere else.
