It’s a UPS store: it’s fast, easy, convenient. I go here all the time. They often don’t charge me for copies.
Looks like Justin T’s complaint is with UPS in general not this UPS store.

Terrible. I have tried for weeks to get a claim since my camera was broken and they continually gave me the run around. I bought insurance for my gear, it was destroyed in shipping and they will not cover. I will never use this UPS store again and frankly it is my last time using UPS in my life. A customer that was taken advantage of AGAIN by UPS.
