Pretty craptacular service as the lock the door an hour early from the time posted on the app, stating«out system shuts down at 8, so you need to go_____________, they close at 9.» Never mind the other people still being serviced on the store. All we needed to do was pay a bill.

The Sales Manager of this store is a douche. I called from Colorado explaining that my mother was going to come in on her lunch hour and asked she be put on my plan. I explained that she wasn’t too saavy about cell service, phones and accessories. I told him she had a iPhone 4s and has been using it for the past year and a half. She would want to keep it and just transfer her number over to TMobile from AT&T and in the off chance her phone is locked then to call me to discuss options. She went in and he took her iPhone 4s, gave her a $ 38 phone and put her on my plan. He’s a crook and there is a special place in hell for people like him. When I called him later that day he said sorry, transaction complete and he couldn’t give her iPhone back. Again, douche bag and evil shall reign on his mother. Karma buddy!!!

Walked in to trade all of my verizon lines to t mobile. Young man comes up to me with a clip board and says would you like to be put on the waiting list it’s about 15 – 20 minutes. Jesus really? A bunch of other people standing around like cows waiting for the second coming or an iPhone. I think I’ll stick with verizon.

Pants on fire: I have no real complaint about the carrier itself. However, this location is filled with sleazy salespeople. My spouse and I came in to get new SIM cards. The salesman wouldn’t issue us a Virginia phone number(we were visiting Utah), but assured us(indeed, insisted) that once we got back, a local location would change our phone at no cost. When we got to Virginia, we were not able to change it without paying a fee. No thanks! We’ll stick with our crappy, we-have-nothing-to-do-with-that-state Utah numbers for now. Next time I get a new SIM card, I’ll have to think hard about using T-Mobile. I can’t threaten never to return to this location because chances are low I’ll ever be in the vicinity again.

Again, this store proves itself inconsistent. 7 minutes after they are said to be open five patrons are looking at the sales person inside not letting us in. Why? Maybe this guy had a rough night… because I can’t see any reason why he won’t. Guh!!!

This is not a review of the carrier, but rather of this store. A little over a month ago we upgraded our family plan. The sales associate(Mitch) did not do a very good job explaining the charges. In my opinion he even went as far as not being truthful when answering some questions. After our bill came no one at the store but our original associate was able to do anything about our billing issues. I have to say they were handled to our satisfaction, but it would have been nice to have avoided them in the first place. Another complaint I have is this store is always understaffed. There is always a 20+ minute wait to get questions answered.
