The place is relatively clean, but the machines a little more expensive than other places, and the building is tiny. There is no place to wait around inside, which is fine in warm weather, but when it’s cold it will be a problem. It’s hard to get around with other people there and no room to fold clothes.

It’s a place to do laundry if you don’t have a washer/dryer available. Spent nearly $ 15.00 washing and drying 5 loads. Standard $ 1.50 washers were very small so we tried to not pack them too heavily but they still didn’t do a good job and really needed another full-cycle.

This place rather tries my patience. There is exactly one folding table in there and it’s right next to the change machine, which works, to be charitable, erratically. There are two chairs to the south of the folding table, one of which directly butts up against the table. From there, you have a commanding view to the west of the overpriced soap dispenser, which works the best of anything there. This one is mostly top loaders, with a few larger efficiencies at the far west end. I think most people only go here to do blankets and larger stuff; I know it’s the only reason I do and so it’s a yearly agony that can be tolerated because it’s not generally worth it to drive across town for an annual event. While it’s nice to have the overpriced Smith’s convenience and gas mart to the south(wisely, there are no vending machines here, but small wonder. I have no idea where they’d put them), that can’t make up for a dinky area that can begin to get crowded if 4 or more persons are in the building at any one time. The icing on this cake is that the machines, including the dryers… maybe especially the dryers, are all overpriced.

What I like about this place is that I can always find a washer and dryer, it’s close to my house, it’s small and quaint, and has air conditioning. What I don’t like about this place is that it’s a bit more expensive than most other places($ 1.75 standard washers and $ 5.50 commercial size washers, and the dryers($ 0.25 per 7 minutes) are all locked on medium heat(permanent press) so it’s more costly to dry loads(about 1 hour or $ 2). I go here because it’s close and convenient.
