I had a phenomenel experience at this location. After working in the industry of giving high quality service for many years, a top notch presentation is rare and refreshing. This was my first time buying from a Freebird store. I usually go to Buckle for the service and peace of mind knowing I can return or exchange if needed. Piper did every little thing. She brought me the styles I asked for in a variety of sizes and colors, she offered to have shoes ordered or made, suggested styles I hadn’t asked for, made sure the other team mates would take care of any of my questions when she ran to the back, listened and gave feedback. Was so nice to get service like this. The entire team was involved, fashionable and on point. Have always loved the quality and lines of Freebirds and will continue to add to my collection.

Hannah was great. I popped in while in SLC for a business trip (walk over from the Marriott) and they had all the boots I had been shopping for at Nordys– But, Norsdstrom was sold out. They had more colors and more selection. Hanahh was very patient as I tried on quite a few pairs. Thanks, super happy, and thanks for shipping them too!

Extremely disappointed. Poor quality shoe that wasn’t fit to wear after the third time. Shoe shouldn’t cost $ 99 and be only good for 3 wears before you have to throw them out because the elastic has word out. Not to mention, I wear a 7.5 and the 9’s were even too small. These cork soled slide ins were completely sized wrong. I have been a patron of Madden for over 10 years but won’t be back with the pooor quality for overpriced garbage.

I just bought two pairs of boots and wore them out of the store. While wearing them, we found that the zipper gave us blisters and my daughter’s shoe had a pin or something sticking in the arch of her left boot. I tried to take them back and they would not take them back at all. I asked if they could just send the boots back because of defects and they said that it wasn’t that easy because they are an independently owned store. I love Steve Madden boots, but I will NEVER buy there again! Next time, I will go to Nordstroms!
