This is a great neighborhood grocer! Friendly, great prices, and the Kroger brand is better than most national brands. The organic and local selection gets better and better, as I believe the demand keeps going up. We spend a lot of money here so I’m pleased to report on how terrific the place is.

This 1 star is for the PHARMACY. I have never dealt with such rude employees. I almost drove my clients from cottonwood heights just to the downtown avenues one for better service. I had questions with my client who is disabled, they were short, rude & very unhelpful. They were the only pharmacy open that day. I will NEVER go back. Although the only thing that saves this review is the customer service for everyone OUTSIDE of the pharmacy. They are kind & always helpful, I give the PHARMACY1 or NOSTARS but I’d give the the grocers & baggers 5!

Terrific grocery store near the entrance to Big Cottonwood Canyon! We stopped here en route to Solitude. It’s a Kroger store so has all the selection of a full supermarket. They feature delicious heat-and-eat meals in the deli section that caused us to scrap our prepared menus and get these, instead. Our favorite was the chicken enchiladas in red sauce for $ 3.98 for two. They also have a great sushi kiosk. Try the Cottonwood Crunchy!

This is the best grocery store I’ve ever shopped at. First and foremost, they hire the most friendly, helpful, attentive, and friendly staff possible. Second, produce is always fresh and local. Third, prices are always lowest. Fourth, the store is always clean, stocked, and organized. Lastly, you get fuel points for shopping there and it will take off $.10-$.20 a gallon! Gas station is located in the same plaza so you can get groceries and gas in one trip. Best grocery store, best location.

I would say this is one of the nicest Smiths stores that I’ve ever been to. What I truly enjoy about this location, is that it has a local grocery store feel, and yet it’s a major chain. The staff is always very nice the manager seems like he goes out of his way to make sure you have a good experience, and the quality and selection is fabulous. I love the sushi! I know, sushi from a grocery store sounds crazy, but it’s awesome. they have a shop right in the store that makes it fresh all day long, try the Cottonwood Heights roll it’s amazing.

The gas station here is often times 10 to 15 cents cheaper per gallon than 7 – 11 located down the hill.

It isn’t Harmon’s, even though it is totally trying to be. That said, the store is newly remodeled. It is clean and bright and well organized. It could totally use a bigger natural foods selection, but other than that, no complaints.

Nicely remodeled and kind of tucked away off the main drag at the end of Bengal Blvd so its busy but not ever really wait in line for 15 minutes busy. With a fuel center its a great place to stop for supplies on your way up either Cottonwood Canyon. The remodel is nice and I especially like the 40’s and 50’s photos of skiing and snow resorts. They now have a nice sized deli, cheese bar, and fresh sushi. The only thing that they really dropped the ball on was adding the bulk foods and larger health food area found at many other Smiths stores. I realize this is a smaller store but it seems as if it would have been a great idea given the more active/outdoorsy nature of the area and its residents.
