I lived here for a year and never had any issues. Cara in the management office was always sweet and quick to respond and help resolve any issues. If I ever needed a repair, it was done within a couple of days. The halls and common areas were kept very clean. Parking garage was safe. Guest parking left something to be desired, they have about six spots which can only be used for a few hours at a time. Tenants are very friendly and never had any issues with loud neighbors or anything. They use a specific Internet company, was not a fan of that as the service wasn’t that good. Great location, walking distance to the mall and downtown SLC.

Worst management. They tell you one thing one day and then tell you another thing the next. They nickel and dime the heck out of your wallets… charging the dumbest fees. Cheapest appliances ever, they are meant to break and then you get charged for it. BBQ and Jacuzzi are never clean. Half the time the gym equipment is broken and they won’t fix it for weeks. You get one free wifi code for one device and then you have to pay $ 10 for codes for all your other devices. But…you can’t beat the location.

I have lived at Seasons at City Creek for a year now and my roommate and I just renewed our contract. I have rented from multiple other complexes in Orem UT, Houston, and Calgary AB and this has been my favorite. I usually don’t renew my contract at places I stay, but I love the downtown scene in SLC and the apartment so much that I decided to stick around. A couple things that I really like about the apartment: 1. The location to downtown — I’m within walking distance(2 blocks) to the city creek mall, temple square and the energy solutions arena. It sometimes takes a bit longer to go just a few blocks while driving because of the lights downtown, but luckily everything I need is pretty close. It’s nice to see downtown SLC growing right now and I’m glad to be a part of it. 2. The fiber internet. I’m a computer guy that lives on the internet and it’s nice to be able to upload and download to/from my website at speeds much faster than what I have at work(really). 3. We have one of the rooms with the tall windows that looks over North Temple and it’s really nice. I love being able to pull the blinds and look over the city. 4. Theatre room and clubhouse — I like to have people over a lot. The club house has proven useful to reserve and invite friends over. Both rooms can be reserved, but I’m pretty spontaneous so I forget to reserve them, heh. The theatre room is much more popular so if you want to watch a movie on the weekend in it, make sure you reserve it because it gets taken fast. :)

Wrote a review earlier for this place but I think they took it down, so i’ll do you an honorable favor and write another one. Let me first just say that these apartments are GREAT! If you’re a student at the LDSBC that isnt used to normal adult responsibility. Can’t swim past 9:30 pm? Good, because the jacuzzi closes then. Cant take care of a pet? Good because they aren’t allowed anyway. Cant regulate download capacity on internet devices? Good, because one subscription(of the poorest speed) is 50 $ which is good for one device, so I hope you have 3G. «No worries, I’ll just get my own internet.» that’s a big«no-no» mister. Because you cant install any independent source of web connection. Some other cool things; Pay for parking, ranting emails from the manager, jacuzzi that doesn’t go above 70 degrees, electronic key system that you cant copy, and the list goes on. Some might say I have an unkind bias towards this place. Let me just answer that by telling you that I live in a country built on liberty and freedom, and the seasons does an excellent job at taking the liberty to deny your freedom. God Bless America. Protip: if you do decide to move into this landfill students are always selling their contracts, purchase from them for a deal and shorter lease time.
