I am one of those people who spends their lives hunched over a computer(for work and for fun), to the point where I have chronic neck and shoulder pain. I am participate in sports that don’t do my body any favors.(Running!) Because of this, I have been getting massages for years. Sarah is absolutely fantastic. Obviously personally, but I have had some very nice people give me terrible massages. She always focused on my poor shoulders and neck, but would also find places I didn’t know were causing me pain.(Did you know you can be tight in your knees?) This isn’t a «spa» massage — she is willing to apply the pressure I know I need to relieve my tight muscles.(and also to back off and use less pressure on days when it just hurt too much). She was also willing to explain muscle anatomy to me(hey, I’m curious what she’s doing). She had a convenient studio location — I usually walked from downtown. I also loved that she would send a text reminder — that’s technology I can get behind. Man, I may have to make an appointment right now…
