I am reviewing Romney the younger. I have no problem with any of the staff at this clinic but I found Dr. Romney to be detached and disinterested in me or my care. When I asked about difficulty with weight loss he told me that «women of your age usually aren’t very successful at losing weight.» I was mortified. My spouse had an appointment with him the next day (we were getting our annual physicals). When my spouse mentioned my distress. Romney says «well have her call me.» Really? I’m supposed to phone you? I am in the process of choosing another doctor. I wouldn’t go back to this guy on a bet.

You make an appointment with the regular doctor for one time then you keep sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting while everyone who came in after you was taken back to be seen. No respect for my time or anything. They want you there at the specified time, but keep you waiting. Horrible customer service and a waste of my time. I walked out. I’m done with this place.
