Renewal by Andersen

I must start by saying the windows themselves are 5+ stars. You CANNOT get a better window than an Andersen. That being said, it is unfortunate that the ONLY place you can get the Renewal line is at this dealer. At first I was impressed with their work ethic and attention to ensure my satisfaction. But after multiple missed deadlines and false promises I was no longer satisfied. A meeting was scheduled with the owner and he apologized and I once again had faith. Mistake again. When the work was finally completed (almost 6
Months after it started) and the installers damaged a piece of furniture that again I was assured would be taken care of, the owner just blew me off and said I accepted one offer and he was done. It really felt like once they had my money they were done. I glad I didn’t use their financing and paid cash because I can only imagine how it all would have went down if they had my money upfront. Ouch. But again, great product, poor customer service.
