New Haven, CT
Best place to get a haircut in town. I’m a cheapo so I wait until I fly back from CT to visit family to get a haircut. At $ 9 a haircut which includes a blowdry this place is a steal. I have really long thick hair so it takes a while to cut but they never charge me extra. Ask for Mandy.
