I finally got fed up trying to find the perfect wrought iron canopy bed and just got a decent looking one off of Overstock that I had my eye on. I mean I have been searching for the perfect bed for a gazillion years. The room is never going to get done unless I get off my duff and purchase. My bed– Was cost effective with a coupon code stacked with a black Friday deal. It arrived on time and was easy to put together no problems there. The country of origin stated on the description on the website and also in the Q&A section did not match up to what arrived at my house. This was very disappointing. My husband calmed me down and assured me that the bed was well made, sturdy, and would not fall apart. We have not slept in it yet because now we have to find decent made in the USA mattresses. So I will hold my breath and update my review after we take it for a couple of test drives…

I will not use Overstock again. Ordered two side tables. One was damaged and the other was incorrectly machined. The policy for returns was different for each table and an incredible hassle. Incredible. Also ordered a necklace that never arrived. Finally got them to send another one, but arrived 3 weeks after needed. I initially ordered it three weeks before it was needed. I am really sorry Overstock is managed so poorly. I would have been a very good customer.

Beware on how long it takes for items to be delivered. Their shipping is SO incredibly slow and it happens every time I place online orders. Especially during the holidays– I placed an order almost three weeks ago and I still have not received it!

After a bad Unilocal and a letter to the Utah BBB I did get a direct number at Overstock to call and discuss my matter with a Sr, level customer service agent. Melody was the agent and she was shocked that it was not taken care of. It IS still under warranty and was a factory defect. She did call the manufacturer and had a new sink bowl sent out within a week. I am now a ‘more’ happy customer of

Horrendous customer service, I attempted a mattress purchase that ended up exceeding over three weeks that I cancelled the order prior to shipment. Now they are trying to charge me $ 150 for a merchandise return when I have not received any merchandise. Responses are slow, employees here are stupid and don’t follow through. One department does not talk with another. Don’t do it.
