Nibley is a good quick little course. If you get a good pace a twosome can play it in 80 — 90 minutes. I would suggest walking, it is totally flat. Fairways are narrow, if you don’t hit the ball straight, leave the driver in the bag(last time i was there a guy in the group behind us hit a car on the street). The driving range is all grass which is nice. There are a few fun holes incorporating lakes and sand traps. I’d recommend playing Nibley if you are trying to save money and play a quick round(assuming its not too crowded).

Somewhere between meh and yay, depending on the day. Sometimes this course is just hammered! Other times it’s in great shape. Also, slight correction, there are actually THREE par 3’s, so this is a par 34 for 9 holes. Number 9 is over a lake, so not for the faint of heart! Nibley is a decent place to hit a quick(sometimes) 9 holes if you’re in the neighborhood. Pace is usually not too bad, but a lot of elderly people play here and they are in no hurry to get back to… whatever. Lots of really old trees, and quite a bit of water, make it a good challenge(especially if you play the blues, good luck on number 3). Nibley certainly isn’t anywhere near the top of my list, but if I drive by and it looks quick… I’ll hit it.

This can be a fun 9 hole course. Unfortunately, it can take a really long time to finish the 9 holes, since there are a lot of hackers on the course and it’s normally pretty crowded. It’s mostly par 4s, with one par 5 and two par 3s. None of the holes are that long. There are some resident geese which can be little temperamental and a couple of water hazards. The driving range is on real grass. It can be difficult to track your shots in the late afternoon as you will be hitting straight into the setting sun.

I like this course mainly for the location. It is perfectly located to my home in Suga House and offers a quick round when you need it. They have a great range and is well located for a lunch hour bucket of balls. What I hate about this course is that it can get very crowded and the fairways are very tight. A slight hook or slice can land you in the fairway next door or in the middle of 5th East.
