N3L Optics

I was at this store yesterday and the sales associate told me that she was in competition with the store upstairs in the mall. She told me that through the Wicked promotion they were doing 15% off upstairs and that she would give me 20% off instead. I thought that was awesome because sunglasses hardly ever go on sale. I ended up buying a pair and as I was walking through the mall I decided to stop into the store upstairs, Bauer something or other because I saw a sign that said they price match any competitor. I told them what N3L told me and she laughed. She pulled out the Wicked flyer and showed me that their offer is in fact 15% off but then showed me the N3L promotion in the same flyer that was $ 50 off $ 150, which is 33% off. She said she would be happy to match that offer and get me a better deal than the 20% off N3L originally gave me. I don’t know why the associate at N3L tried to get one over on me and have me buy frames at a higher price than they were advertising. I feel betrayed as a customer and guarantee I will never be shopping here again.
