Meadowbrook Station

Came here looking for an apartment for a friend. It was 1pm, when knocking on the office door a young lady came up abruptly and immediately said we’re on lunch & went to close the door. My friend stepped in front of the door, to ask a question. She gave him a dirty look and answered they would be open in 30ims. Lol wow!

They will get you by telling you they will give you the last of the month free, it sounds like a great deal but dont do it. Recently we signed a short lease and it was an awful experience, the company they have clean the apartment before you move in is horrible. Be prepared to clean it again your self before you move in, and dont use the stove or they will try to charge you $ 5 a drip pan. The rent price is no where near consistent, unlike other apartments they dont give you a break down of how much they are going to charge you on top of the rent and cable… so be prepared to see a utility bill around $ 75 from the apartment complex with varying fees. Also it looks nice at first having the commons area and the halls inside but atleast once a week their would be dog poop and garbage in the hall. Also they dont tel you is that your paying for the heating/​lighting and cooling of the commons area its going to cost you about $ 25 bucks a month. Also if you do make the wrong choice and decide to move in here your not getting your deposit back… they will come up with ridiculous fees like $ 35 for light cleaning, $ 35 for carpet cleaning and your utilities bill will also suddenly sky rocket and they dont give you a paper bill or anything that shows you what exactly you are paying for, it feels like they just make up numbers.
