After posting my review on Unilocal I was contacted by Customer Service, and ultimately, the guy who sold me my mattress. They returned my mattress, and the finance company is refunding all my money!
So, of course, they earned my business for buying a replacement. Bryce helped us pick out the perfect new tempurpedic adjustable bed! It’s arriving today and I couldn’t be more excited for a good nights sleep!
But this time, we paid for it outright. Beware of the «Progressive Finance» option. Buy at mattress you can afford.

I moved to salt lake, and came into mattress firm to spend $ 200 on a cheap, new mattress. The persuasive sales rep convinced me to instead, spend $ 600 on a used, «high quality mattress», and offered me a no-​interest 90 day payment option.
What I wasn’t told, was that I needed to activate this option, and what I signed was a year long lease-​to-​own agreement that now has me paying $ 1200 over a year for a used, uncomfortable mattress.
The truth is, if I was sleeping well I might not even mind but the mattress I am overpaying for is so uncomfortable! It came, misshapen to the previous owners body (who must have been morbidly obese) and it’s so uncomfortable my spouse and I prefer the couch or floor.
First time buying a mattress from a store and not a friend or family member and I can say it is one of the worst shopping experiences ever. It’s a shame places like this have their sales reps focused on making more commission and not delivering a great experience.

What a great experience I had shopping for my new Queen set. Nathan was very knowledgable and easy to work with. No pressure, he just wanted to help me find the right bed. I can’t wait to get my new bed in my home. Great deal, easy financing, and within my budget. Happy New Year to me. See you in 8 years Mattress Firm!

I know what your thinking… Every review all sound the same, but let me tell you. If you want a really great experience buying a mattress without smoke and mirrors this place is the place for you.
Nathan was genuine, sincere and really listened to what my Husband and I were looking for. He absolutely exceeded my expectations of what I thought our mattress buying experience would be. I am so happy we went to Mattress Firm… thank you Nathan, now we will get a great nights rest!

My Husband and I had a great experience at Mattress Firm. We both have very different taste in mattresses and so I was not looking forward to the anticipated negotiations between the two of us as we decided what we would be sleeping on for the next 8 years.
Enter Nathan. He listened to what each of us was looking for and provided some suggestions for us. Turns out he knew exactly what would work and neither one of us felt like we had to compromise. He was great; engaging, knowledgable and low-​pressure. He also was able to keep us within our budget. Score!
I really was not looking forward to mattress shopping. In fact, I’ll go so far to say that I was ready to hate it. However, we were so happy with our experience that we replaced the bed in our guest room as well.

Nate and Bryce hooked it up! I got amazing mattress at a steal of a price! I also got my mattress delivered the next day. If you missed out on the labor day sale, theres always next year, or you could go talk to them today and I’m sure they’d be able to help you find what you’re looking for at a competitive price.

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm! Nathan was welcoming, funny, and an awesome salesman. He stayed late to complete our sale, and we’re very impressed and appreciative!

Went in there to browse and weren’t expecting to buy a mattress right away. However, Bryce showed us some great mattresses and great deals. He was very professional and not too pushy. After purchasing one for a good bargain, we were hoping to get same day delivery but found out the trucks were all booked. Bryce told us he would try to speak with the delivery men when they came to the store and work something out. Sure enough, we got a call that we could have our delivery that day. Very happy with the product and the overall service!

Bryce and Nathan are the best. Bryce took the time to show me many different mattresses and worked to get me the best bang for my buck. Nathan took the time to help a customer load a mattress, help them tie to their truck, and he gave a customer a ride home with her pillows! Best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

I am VERY excited about my new bed that is being delivered tomorrow (and for free since I am a student). I walked into a very welcoming and open room by two amazing gentlemen, Bryce and Nathan. Their approach was both sincere and professional, in that they wanted to get to know me first, to better understand my needs. I loved that. I felt as though they were staying true to their role as salesmen, yet, were very laid back. Ultimately, I got what I came in their for and had fun while it was happening. They both definitely exceeded my expectations! :)

Heather and Nathan were super helpful and gave us a great deal on a mattress – got it moved in on the same day which was perfect!
