Lived here for two years, just moved out. Nothing special, but if you like to sit outside, stay away from the wood balconies. The pigeons will turn it into a roost and poop all over over it. No way to clean it off without messing up your neighbor’s patio. My apartment(with the wood, not brick buildings) had coffee stains and cigarette burns on the carpet. Carpet should have been replaced at this point, but it was not. And although you can move in cheap, my rent was raised 86 $ in two years. The floor plan is nicely open and must have been nice in its heyday, not so much now. Second time, I had to say no thanks. Small laundromat with 6 more or less working machines. Obviously very busy. One good thing: Maintenance guys were great. I learned all kinds of things from them about my apartment. Office ladies pretty much left me alone. I was shocked to see so many positive reviews on another webpage about this place, when my previous apartment was scored lower and was so much better. I never felt threatened walking there in the dark, even though my assigned parking space was across the complex. I just never used it. At night, people would try my door, jiggling the knob or trying to use keys. Why my place??? One last thing: Be careful when you move. I cleaned what I could(Not balcony, and the plastic shower was hard to clean), and was charged $ 75 for painting amongst other things, such as trash and sewer from 2 months ago?(didn’t look any worse than when I moved in as spots obviously had not been painted before I moved in. I didn’t dispute the cleaning fee but that painting fee irked me. Carpet? Odd smell in the place that took many weeks of wax melts and plug ins to get rid of). Had an old fridge that gave all my food freezer burn. No windows opened save for the bedroom one, and my apartment wasn’t the only one I could see broken latches. My electric bill was high in summer because I couldn’t open anything to outside air. Anyway check the place out before you move in. Pictures online look nothing like these as they only show the brick apartment’s interiors.

The apartments are located in a convenient neighborhood. They are not too far from the city center yet in a small neighborhood. There is a park and restaurants nearby. The apartment buildings are old but well maintained from the outside. The interiors are average. The carpets are old but the walls seem to get painted. We had to vacuum the apartment multiple times when we moved in because it had lot of dust from being locked for a long time. They have a good website where you can file maintenance requests and they will attend to it. The fix may not be good quality or elegant but they will do something minimal to solve the issue. I maintained my apartment well so got all of my deposit back. If you keep your expectations low, you may like living here.
