This is the first time I’ve bought a Krispy Kreme at a small store at an airport and it definitely will not be my last! It would have been better if it was warm… but it was not. Also, the customer service was so-so. Being unfamiliar with their variety of donuts, I had a couple of questions, and the worker was not that friendly: o(Plus, she couldn’t get my coffee drink order right. I almost got an extra shot of expresso in my large latte instead of one LESS shot of expresso! I ended up talking with the barista directly and worked it out. I would be willing to try it again!

Oh. My. A hot original glazed doughnut is impossible to resist. I couldn’t stop at one even though I already had a chocolate glazed doughnut. I managed to leave one for my daughter. I’m still sad that the Krispy Kreme by my house in Salt Lake closed several years ago, but fortunately I’m in Utah County often enough to visit this Orem location. They are a great business for fundraisers(schools/soccer teams/etc.). Even adults like to watch the assembly line process and get a free treat. Thank you to whoever invented these.

I love Krispy Kreme donuts and they always make my day better. But customer services questionable. First, there was no worker for like 5 min. So I was just standing there till the female worker came back from wherever she was. If I was her, first I would tell an employee working in the booth next door that I would be gone for a bit and ask her to tell customers that I would be back shortly. Second, when she was ready to take my order, she didn’t say sorry and thanks for waiting or even greet me at all. Really??? I love their donuts and there is no Krispy Kreme in Hawaii so I am always tempted by them but I would not go back to this location ever again.

I asked for small coffee and he charged me for large. When I asked why the guy at register said they are out of small cups. Never apologized and never mentioned before charging my credit card.

No «hot donuts now,» but donuts still. The craving came as soon as I spotted the red and green sign in the terminal. A minute later I was biting into a legendary chocolate glazed donut. For an airport donut depot, it was surprisingly really fresh, still chewy, and not stale. And it’s only $ 1! Talk about an airport steal!

Great very sweet donuts that are trucked on fresh daily. Most evening after 8pm or so half off need to check at red onion. Get one for the ride or to go wIth a hot cup of green tea, black tea or cup of coffee.

Just needed a quick sweet at SLC after a meal between flights, but the donut was close to stale. Should have just skipped it.

My mouth says five stars.(But he’s easily won over.) My wallet says two stars.(But he’s really cheap.) My growing fat roll says three stars.(But I don’t listen to him.) mmmmmmm, donuts. Wait, what was the question again?

BOOOO they were out of the regular donuts. It was 4pm though. Had to buy one with chocolate on it, and a blueberry one as well.

I never knew that Krispy Kreme had locations in airports! Anyway, this wasn’t in my concourse, but I walked over anyway and yum, these donuts are really good! They weren’t hot but they still tasted very fresh and they had a really big selection. I rarely eat donuts normally, but I basically indulge in whatever I want while traveling(anything to ease the pain of all that waiting and stale airplane air and screaming babies), and this one was definitely worth the calories. It was also only $ 1, which I feel is a pretty normal donut price, so maybe there’s less airport mark-up here than usual?

There is no substitute for a fresh Krispy Kreme glazed donut. No substitute. This is a small place in the airport. Usually when you see a place like a gas station or convenience store selling Krispy Kreme, you get a glazed donut that is one or two levels below what you experience at a genuine Krispy Kreme location where the donuts are made. But at the SLC airport, they taste just like they were made on the spot! So so so good.

Always ready to take your order & get you some fresh doughnuts. They always have festive ones to buy and I mostly always fall for it. There isn’t a quick or easy place where I’m from to enjoy an occasional Krispy Kreme, so when traveling through the airport in Salt Lake City and I have to pass Terminal C, I like seeing all of the small but tasty doughnuts. Great location & I know I’ll be returning again soon.

After flying for 11 hrs, numerous layovers in different cities, and too many cans of Diet Coke, I was exhausted and in search of something sweet, soothing and reminiscent of home. Stumbled upon the Krispy Kreme stand around 7:30 pm. I was a little doubtful about eating donuts made in the early morning(read: before I started my grand airport adventure) but the counterperson assured me of their freshness … that the donuts were sealed on specific trays and were indeed perfectly fine. Hmmm… well, jet lag set in and I caved especially after she pointed out the 2 for 1 special. Ehhh… it’s old … but it’s still a donut, right? I walked away happily eating the classic glazed donut. And yes, it was fine. Tried the lemon filled one. Ick. Stale and not enough lemon. Trash can. Decided to return and buy 6 non-lemon filled donuts to take with me on the plane. I figured pre-order that my delicious donuts would come in a box. No. The pastries were placed in plastic. But I was ok with that since I hadn’t specified beforehand that I wanted 6 donuts. Along the walk from the display case to the counter, I asked the Krispy Kreme representative for a box. She refused. I was stunned and told her that I’d like a box so my delicious donuts wouldn’t be squished on the plane. She refused again. I said«so you’re telling me that I can’t have a box for my donuts?» She again informed me that I should have asked for a box before she filled my order, because they were already plastic bagged. I was floored. It’s not like I was asking her to remove each donut from the wrap and place it in the box. I was perfectly content to put my bagged donuts in the box and call them safe. To placate my stunned self, she instead handed me a paper bag. A stale, old donut is nasty enough but a stale, old and squished donut becomes a non-donut and thus inedible. Is the recession so bad that giving a customer plastic bagging AND a box breaks the bank? All I wanted was a box.

Of course they serve donuts here. I’m not as much of a fan as the Krispy –Kreme-style of glazed donut as I am of a good old-fashioned cakey donut(think Dunkin’), with or without frosting. Still, they are very good for what they are. More importantly, and worth Unilocaling, Krispy Kreme provides another good snack option for those facing long delays or otherwise in need of sustenance but uninterested in paying $ 8 for an over-refrigerated mediocre sandwich from any of the restaurants down the hall. For $ 2 you can buy a remarkably generous container of Squatters’ specialty granola(it comes in a plastic cup), and for another $ 1.50 you can buy a small serving of milk. So long as you don’t object to cereal and milk as an occasional stand-in for a meal, this is is half the price and twice the quality of most of the other options in the airport.
