My husband and I were referred to Josh when we took a boat tour through the Great Salt Lake Experience’s, J.R. Reynolds. We were in a unique situation with my husband who had already moved out of state, and we needed to sell as quickly and smoothly as possible because I was also at the end of my master’s program and preparing for a board exam. Josh and his team made this incredibly stressful and difficult time as easy and smoothly as could be humanly possible. He laid out his marketing plan, helped me prepare the home to sell by sending over stagers, gave me a handyman referral to fix up the home, and gave me no-​nonsense advice. He was also was sympathetic and sensitive to my situation. I have three kids and two dogs and he knew it was important not to add on the stress of keeping the house clean for multiple months. I gave him a weekend to show the home and in four days we had 9 offers with two of them over list price. He also didn’t pressure us to overprice our home but did his research to help us come up with a competitive price which obviously resulted in a successful closing in less than 45 days from the day it went on the market.
