Small shop. Not ones to over promise and under deliver. They were anxious to help me get my car up to speed so I could register it after moving from out of state. They jumped through some hoops to complete an oil change with a strange temporary plug. Did the safety inspection, allowing me to replace the missing bulbs.
I would trust them with any of my repair or maintenance needs.

Honest, fast and affordable. My husband and I have taken both of our cars here on multiple occasions and always walked away with our problems fixed quickly, they even offered to get the word out that we were selling one of our vehicles. We are moving to a new state and hope to find a mechanic shop as good and personable as this one. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We’ve been taking our cars to Jack & Jims for about four years. We love them! They always get the work done on time and they are affordable. If they can’t complete the work then they give great recommendations. Remember to bring a checkbook; I don’t think they are set up to run cards.

Honest, rapid mechanic. I live in Utah county, and work in SLC, so my normal mechanic is in Utah county. However, I got off I-​15 on my morning commute and heard this horrible grinding sound. I stopped to take a looked and crapped my pants when I saw metal shavings. I did a Unilocal search and this was the closet place. I got there, and they had been closed over the weekend, opening on the day at 8:00 am. I figured they were not going to show up at 8 am after a long weeked, but as I started pulling away, the owner pulled up at 8:00 am on the dot! They checked out my car, called me at work and told me the fix was a relatively easy one, and they could fix it that day. I was so impressed by their honesty (they could have taken me for a ride) i asked them to give me a quote on some other work i needed done. they gave me a reasonable quote and so I had it done. they were done when they said they were, they were friendly, courteous, honest, and when i picked up my car, it drove smoother than when I left home that morning.
