Giant Carpet One Floor & Home

In Washington we used Giant Carpet One to install carpet in a 50 unit apartment complex. We had a great experience. Based on our previous experience, I decided to use the same company in Utah when I put new carpet in my master bedroom. After the carpet was installed, the carpet was lifting in some areas of the room. I spoke with the salesman who sold me the carpet, Scott, who quickly got on the phone with the contractor who installed the carpet to get the issue resolved. He also followed up with me to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. I am thankful that Jason (the carpet installer) drove back from Magna and stayed until the job was done right. The experience was a little bumpy, but both of them worked with me to make sure I was satisfied. I waited years to repace my carpet and wanted to be satisfied with the end product. The carpet is a nice addition to my home. Based on their customer services skills and desire to make the customer happy, I would recommend this company.
