Good service. Friendly staff.
Although they did try to tell me that to ship some little vials to N. Dakota would be $ 30 ($ 20 for 2-​day shipping and $ 10 — TEN DOLLARS — for the box!) LOL
I said no. I’ll ship it in the one rate box. $ 10.95 total and same ship time.
One rate is usually a better deal!

Great service from Ben on two separate occasions recently. He was efficient and pleasant and my two print jobs (sent in via their online ordering system) were ready ahead of schedule.
I’m not sure how many people work at this location but he seemed to be running the place by himself.

Melissa, the center manager, needs to treat her employees more kindly. I was shipping some artwork and the transaction was a little complicated. Melissa came to help and was really rude with her employee (annoyed sighs, «hold on!» with hand in the air, etc.). The employee had actually been helpful, but Melissa’s behavior was a huge red flag for me.
