I started writing this review right after I left from my pedicure but decided it was best to cool down and not go off on a crazy rampage about why my visit was so terrible. 3 of us went in on a busy Saturday for pedicures… we called ahead to make sure they had an opening as we had already called 3 other places who denied us because they were already booked up. When we arrived we waited about 30 minutes after our appointment time to sit in the chairs. Now that we made it to sitting in the chairs we waited about another 25 minutes for anyone to start. Only 1 person started on my pedicure while the others were hanging out in their now freezing water, the 2nd person was finally started on about half way through mine, and the 3rd waited until both #2 and I were finished. Her feet were soggy to say the least. After we were all finished(2 and a ½ hours later) I looked down to check out my paint job only to find that it looked like I had painted and shaped my own nails(I CANNOT paint nails!!) The paint was all over my skin and my nails were uneven. I was extremely disappointed with our visit. I understand they were busy but they should have mentioned that in the first place. Maybe next time… even though there most likely wont be one.

I don’t normally write reviews but I have been to this place a couple times because I live close by. Every time I had to wait at least 30 minutes when I called earlier and made an appt. The last time I went in they put me in a broken massage chair when they had other chairs open and I waited 45 minutes. I got an infected toe because the lady was way to aggressive with the pedicure. She didn’t talk to me at all and I tried to tell her it was hurting and she just kept doing it. I hate to review them so poorly but I even tried calling and complaining to the owner but they would never put her on the phone or give her a message. Sorry but I tried giving them a couple chances and was never impressed.

My friend and I went in there today and we are very disappointed! First of all my friend had to wait over an hour to even get started while the extra lady was eating and watching Ellen! After we told them we were in a hurry! Second they treated my hands like they were filth; shoved them, cut them(blood), and left nail polish and glue on my fingers! Third they were some of the rudest nail salon people I have ever met! Fourth my nails look disgusting, like my five year old niece could have done a better job. And last they claim to be a «spa» I was not relaxed one bit the workers were loud and I was to focused on the pain of my nails getting done to even relax. This place should be closed down! This is my third time having a poor experience there! I’ve had my nails done at other places before and have never been sooo disappointed. Suicide would have been better.

Came for a pedicure with my mom. Made an appt. 30 minutes after my mom’s pedicure had started, an employee came to start mine. I asked for a new file and the employee walked away and started working on another customer. Apparently she was offended a customer would want clean tools. I would avoid this place unless you don’t mind the risk of fungus or infection.

I’m a hair designer and my sweet sweet client treated me to a pedicure here. The place is spotless SOOSOO clean! Natural light just pours in I am super particular where I get pedicures for sanitation reasons. I witnessed the gal next to me sanitizing the glass bowl and her tools after her Pedicure client was done. The fact that the bowls are glass is a comfort since glass doesn’t harbor bacteria like plastic does. They have pedals that are so nice to place your feet on and that can be moved around to accommodate the position of your feet. The massage was nice. Was it toe curling good? No, but it was enjoyable. They went up nice and high on the calf though. I was a bit thrown off my relaxation vibe when my gal punched the heel of my feet during the foot massage. After the massage they do a hot stone rub sooo nice My polish was perfectly applied and didn’t get a smudged! The lady sitting next to me got sticker shock when she was told her Shellac pedi was $ 40. My regular polish pedicure cost me $ 22 which is a great deal. I will be back again no doubt !

Loved the foot massage during the pedicure and especially the shoulder massage during the manicure. Unfortunately the shellac I got on my fingernails started chipping off after two days. I’ll have a hard time going back and getting another manicure if the shellac lasts less than regular polish does.

I wanted to treat myself to a pedicure while visiting Salt Lake. This nail shop was plenty busy with loyal customers and drop ins. My pedicure is one of the best that I’ve had done without the typical hour plus of time and at a fraction of the cost– $ 22!

It’s interesting, out of all the nail places I frequent, Diva Nails & Spa is by definition when SLC does classy. Perfectly cornered on the border of East Millcreek and Sugar House, this is somewhat of a hidden gem. Given by the no reviews(mine being the first), it’s time to let the people know about yet another great nail place in town! Walking in, you have these enormous white vaulted ceilings which make the place feel more open and airy, not like an acetone infested nail shop. Generally, their staff has been very friendly, accommodating, and professional(nail spa trifecta, I say!). This is where I bring mom when she’s in town. It’s impressive, sleek, and nice overall. Today’s spa pedicure came with a much welcomed scrub, leg message, stone and oil massage, and hot towels. It wasn’t real busy this evening and the lady who helped me took her time. A pedicure should never be rushed, so for a weekday affair at the nail spa, Diva passes with sparkles, glitter, and flying colors! Yes!
