Needed to get some floormats for my classic car embroidered. They called me a day early to say it was ready. When I showed up to pick them up; they had made a mistake on them. They apologized and quickly got it fixed. I was impressed to see them work so fast. Also it seems the prices are pretty reasonable. Will use them again in the future.

Prices are a little high but the quality is better than most. Only issue that I have ever really had is that I had an embroidery job set up and was quoted and paid one price. After gaining approval to make them at that set price. I put in another order and the price was considerably higher.

Initially I had great service and great pricing from this business. Over time, the pricing has gone up (not upset about that) but the service level has gone down. My rep acts like she is doing me a favor when she answers my questions and gives me a look like I am bothering her.
There are plenty of other merchants in SLC that would be happy to have my business.
