Avoid this clinic. Dangerous incompetence going on here. My son is schizophrenic and was being treated by Dr. Neuman. He was getting low on meds so we called our pharmacy to have them request a refill, which they did. No response from the clinic after multiple requests from the pharmacy. 10 days after the initial request we were panicked trying to reach anyone at the clinic by phone. Finally, after multiple attempts, a receptionist actually answered the phone and I was informed that my son was listed in their database as «Do Not Schedule» because of two missed appointments. The same day, Dr. Neuman left a message offering to prescribe a thirty day supply of meds and suggested that we look for another provider. REALLY? If he didn’t want to continue treating my son, fine, but TELL US! Don’t wait until a person runs out of a vital medication. Shameful! Borderline malpractice.
