Well. Interning here at the hospital(primary children’s) for a couple weeks and I’m sure glad I found this place. They kept telling me there was a coffee cart upstairs and I finally went today. They have a variety of coffees and teas to choose from. You can also buy snacks(oatmeal and cookies). It’s located on the 3rd floor. The staff were sweet and were happy to recommend drinks. I had the blueberry coffee(one of their specialty drinks). Very sweet but with the perfect hint of blueberry. My coworker had the caramel blonde and she loved that. If you are here at the hospital and need a good(caffeinated) drink, give this place a try!

I’m not going to lie. I wish I never found this coffee cart. The fact is if you never have a sick child, you will never find Brews on 3rd. Brews on 3rd is a coffee cart located on the third floor of Primary Children’s Medical Center. They make a terrible situation a little more bearable. I consider myself to be a coffee snob. I am very picky when it comes to coffee. It has to be roasted and brewed/pulled just right. They can make pretty much any drink you want and they make it well. They have an amazing staff that can make a great cup of coffee while getting to know the customer. No one wants to have a sick child or be at the hospital. The ladies working here are super friendly and want to make sure you get exactly what you want. They always recognized me and asked how I was doing. While all three people I dealt with were nice, Emma and Gabby went above and beyond. They were always wanting to know how things were going and when we’d be heading home. In fact upon our return for the second visit, Gabby recognized me right away. She got a look of concern on her face and immediately asked me about why we were back. If by some unfortunate chance you are at PCMC, take a walk up to the third floor to get a great cup of coffee from a great group of ladies. While I am giving them 5 stars, I do have one complaint. They are closed on the weekends. Unfortunately illnesses don’t take the weekends off. I wish they didn’t. You can learn more about my daughter and her illness at or
