Bad customer service, cannot reply to emails in a timely manner (if even at all), they take from you and give nothing back. I ask a question and they send me a packet rather than answering the simple question. They send WAY too much physical mail. Switch to email and you get nothing… hmmmm. The company is a mess and this agency is horrible. Do not waste your time with them.

For my friends and family here in Texas I know who to call when I need insurance. But recently I had a friend looking for insurance help in another state and I wanted to be able to hand them off to someone I could trust. Well, lucky for me I was able to find Amy Houston at this office. She was able to help my friend here in Texas find insurance coverage in Utah! I guess with a last name like Houston, she was bound to be helpful towards a Texan. If I have any other insurance needs in the great state of Utah, this is my agency of choice!
