All Pro Carpet Cleaning

I was referred to All Pro by a plumbing company. They told me that All Pro would come out for free and check a plumbing leak to see how much damage was in the wall. All pro came out, said there was no damage, but that it needed to dry out. They left a fan at our house and then charged us $ 150 for a 24 hour fan rental. Then they called me several times to ask about my service and I just said it was okay. After we got the bill they called me two days later to ask if we received it and when they could expect the payment. I was over the top by this time with the phone calls and the idea that they charged me $ 150 for a fan rental that we didn’t need, so I spoke up on this phone call. They said that the estimate is free, but once we agree to do anything at all they charge us $ 109 dollars to come out… but that was the part that I was told would be free. so I offered to pay the $ 41 dollars for the one day fan rental, but that was a no go. They came out, found out we didn’t need anything and then insisted we take this fan so they could collect their money anyway.
